Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
1.4 jilicc.co reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
2.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on jilicc.co. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jilicc.co employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, all balances may be forfeited, and all pending withdrawals may be cancelled.
2.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilicc.co login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jilicc.co will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your jilicc.co account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately. jilicc.co will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending investigation.
2.4 Account Currency. All jilicc.co accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jilicc.co does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.
2.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. jilicc.co reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactive account policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.
3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. jilicc.co accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly not accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jilicc.co is ₱50, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
3.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. jilicc.co does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the account holder must have completed the required identity verification process.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. jilicc.co does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
3.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3.6 Anti-Money Laundering. jilicc.co is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. jilicc.co reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
4.1 jilicc.co may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the promotion terms.
4.3 Bonus Abuse. jilicc.co reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. 4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jilicc.co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 5.1 Game Integrity. 5.2 Technical Malfunctions. 8.2 jilicc.co's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 jilicc.co does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
9.1 jilicc.co collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jilicc.co, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 jilicc.co will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

11.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, jilicc.co reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and real-money funds where permitted by applicable law and where the balance is reasonably connected to the prohibited conduct.
11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jilicc.co support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any applicable withdrawal verification procedures.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jilicc.co shall first be referred to jilicc.co's customer support team for informal resolution. jilicc.co will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilicc.co with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
